About Me
I'm Raghav — an MS Robotics student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (4.0 GPA) from Chennai, India.
My main focus right now is perception and control for autonomous robots. Most of my hands-on work has been in manipulation — I spent a semester at WPI's MER Lab building the grasping pipeline for a Franka Panda, which involved ROS 2, RealSense depth sensing, and getting an antipodal grasping network working reliably on real hardware. I'm currently shifting more attention toward aerial robotics: drone perception, state estimation, and control.
Before WPI, I did software internships in robotics and IoT, and completed an undergrad in Computer Science with an IoT specialization at Shiv Nadar University Chennai.
Outside of robotics: I play football, run a Tamil-language football YouTube channel (Offside Kootam), and watch a lot of films.
